I highly recommend Peyton and his team. Couple months ago, I was looking for a contractor to remodel my house in a short time frame. I met with different contractors and Foothill Renovators was by far the most responsive and professional. I'm very lucky I chose them because good contractors are rare. Peyton was patient and very accommodating with all my wishes and short deadline. His team was great and Chris did a fantastic job with my new accent wall and aluminum rods railing installation. I received tons of compliments! Foothill Renovators also remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (backsplash, countertop, plumbing, electrical work..). I couldn't be happier with the result. Hired Foothill to takeover a completely new ADU Project that another contractor left 5% of the way in. Reasons why you should hire Foothill and Peyton: 1) Fair price 2) Fast moving. i was pleasantly surprised at the pace Foothill and Peyton's crews operate 3) Nimble. I asked for last minute 'tweaks' which they took care of on the fly. 4) Resourceful. They have a deep bench of people who can can finish the task 5) Rapid communication. I text messaged the crew. they got back within 10 mins. Very forward moving. results oriented. land and house prices are expensive right now. But i feel much more confident going into my next custom construction because I know I can call on Foothill renovators.
